Shocking, branch manager experience

Checkers Parkdene Boulevard is just no place to go. Had a very bad experience with the store and branch Manager (Vickus) on Friday 27 September 2024. The question was raised why they only give out "10 minis" as a max. per customer I was just told straight and bluntly that it is a instruction from Head Office. He then turned around showed me a thumbs up, saying have a good day and if I dont like it he will give it all to other kids. Tried to approach him he just walked off, saying he will give it to other kids and a thumbs up. No people skills, no customer relations. Even the two ladies at the tills said he was unprofessional. This place will never see me again and sorry to say but with a Branch Manager like that I cant see this branch going anywhere.
