SHOCKING ATTITUDE TOP TO BOTTOM

The Tzaneen LIfestyle Centre Checkers branch is a disgrace. Two weeks ago, the aisles are cluttered with staff standing around and you cannot move. The manageress squeezes past and shakes her head at us as if we were the reason we could not move. Merchandise everywhere and staff having their chit chats in the aisles. We voiced our opinion at her shocking behaviour. Proceed to the checkout and goods are thrown into packets, no attempt at trying to pack it in some semblence of order. I had the misfortune of visiting the store again today, and the same bad attitude at check out, goods just being bundled into the plastic bags. I then proceed to the Money Market counter to check Lotto tickets, and after standing around waiting for madam cashierfor exactly five minutes, I ask her if she is going to assist me. Her response is "I am busy". What she was busy with, was certainly not visible. I left the store and phoned the store manager, Michelle. I explained my situation from two weeks ago where she was personally involved, as well as the disgusting attitude at the Money Market counter. She clearly knew that she has a problem at the Money Market counter taking into account her response. However, the bad attitude in the store is from the store manager down all the way through the chain to the checkout packers. Rude and arrogant does not do justice to how appaling the service is at this store.
