Shocking attitude of Checkers sixty60

I placed an order with checkers sixty60 for the first time, ordered my shopping, paid and got a confirmation that my goods would be delivered in 60 minutes 15:00. By 16:00 they still hadnt arrived so I phoned them only to be told that they meant 15:00 tomorrow???? Is the app called 24hours? Clearly they assume their customer base is brain dead, that they can literally spew such unbelievable lies. So I cancelled my order and asked for an email to confirm this. No email. So I cancelled it on the app, also no email. I hope they refund me for their shocking attitude to their customers. And I see going through all their reviews they don't even have the decency to reply to any customers. I have never shopped at checkers before and now I know why. Will never step foot in their shops. Disgusting retailer.
