Shocking and Disgusting Poor Customer Service

We went to Checkers Hyper Roodepoort 14th Avenue District Shopping Centre Cnr William Nicol &, Constantia Dr, Roodepoort, 1715.

It was 30 minutes before they close, from the security when we entered he told us not to go in cause they are closing and refused to assist us with a trolley. We went in and started shopping, when we left all the tills were closed, and all the cashiers refused to help us, when we finally got help she was so rude banking our staff against her till and shouting saying that its time to go home and she has no time to assist. I have never seen such shocking and disgusting behavior especial when it comes to a big brand like checkers.

I am never going back there and i am so disappointing with the level of disrespect and professionalism that we experienced, IT WAS DISGUSTING.
