SHOCKIN EXPERIENCE FROM CHECKERS 60 DELIVERY SERVICE

Shocking experience from Checkers 60 today. Driver marked our order as delivered but was at the wrong address and we even saw him speed past. Tried to call him, no answer, called the call centre and they say order was cancelled we need to reorder. They took hours to refund the money into our wallet and then we had to reorder and pay delivery fee again! Management at the branch where it's coming from our unavailable and do not call back!!!!!
