She is not a packer!!

I was at the above supermarket on Thursday 2nd July 2015, bought groceries my cashier was Nomvuyo Bashe, she sold me a bag, placed the plastic bag and groceries aside, asked her if she will be packing my groceries to which she told me she is not a packer and does not have a packer so I should pack my own groceries! Asked if this is the way Checkers treats their customers, she just looked at me and said nothing, then she helped the next customer. <br> I need clarity if this is the way Checkers Hyper operates! So that next time if I decide to shop there again and there is no packer by the cashier to prepare myself to pack my own goods.
