SHAMELESS!!

Day 8 of begging for my own money back which was taken by their error!! On top of that i had to reprocess my order - order number ***5. AT MY OWN COST. now when asking for the original money they deducted without goods being delivered or without it being communicated to me that there was an issue FOUR HOURS AFTER my order was meant to be delivered!! My child sat without nappies. All I've gotten is Lies upon lies. Endless unfulfilled promises. Escalations with no results. Promises for calls from management that never came.Last ticket number 377399
