Shameful Service Cherhers Cornubia

I had to stop by Checkers Hyper Cornubia this afternoon to buy a few items, joined the queue to pay. I was third. The teller was so slow that the other two tills on either side of me completed twice the amount of customers. As I reached the till to pay, the floor manager asked the teller if she had cash, to which she rep**** yes. So the manager asked the customer to wait until I was done to withdraw his cashback. Before paying I asked the teller for R500 cashback. To my astonishment t she rep**** No she does not have cash and that I must go to another till. This really upset me. So I pointed to her that she just approved the waiting customer. Realizing her mistake and trying to coverup she asked the waiting customer to join the back of the queue. She them told me that she will pay the waiting customer after the next customer pays with cash.i asked the next lady in line to pay and she was going to pay with her card. I was pointed to another till and waited long, then directed to another till more waiting before I was attended too. My frustration at this point reached boiling point. The first teller should not be employed, she is the service industry, I was not rude to her. If she does not value her job or find it a c**** to serve, she should leave and I am sure that there will be hundreds more politely tellers willing to take over. I shop at this store almost daily and to be treated in this manner is unacceptable. I addressed this issue with the floor manager and the store store manager and left without waiting for a reply. I should have insisted that she opened her till and should me that there was no cash. What utter nonsense, it's month end. Sad that Checkers employs people like this who are lying ungrateful, glum, do not smile, impolite. I am so ****ed off with the serviced. And I only needed to with draw R500.
