Service was extremely bad and disgusting

On the 13th December 2015 I have made more than R5000 groceries at Checkers hyper in Festival Mall, Service with the packer was bad after so many years I spent my money at the shop, the packer was busy talking to her colleagues and while I had to wait for her with two trolley's full of groceries, I have asked her to pack quickly and stop talking and she gave me an attitude and I called the store manager to speak to her but nothing was resolved, I am disgusted about that service and spending so much money . I guess the staff needs more training and customer service will be highly appreciated and you'll end up having no customers with the attitude of your staff
