Service standards

I stopped at checkers in Boksburg to purchase a bunch of flowers , when paying for them the price they rang up was incorrect when I questioned this the cashier and her friend had a lot to say in their language and they said can't I take 2 for a R100 which I said no, one walk off muttering to get manager and they asked me to fill in the book as the they could correct and give me the correct change , when the supposed mamager came I got no apology no greeting just them having a conversation in their language and them pointing to the book for my details which in anger i refused to fill in , after i got my correct change i stormed out, shocking service
