**** service, products and delivery time

Your 60 60 sucks big time and I spent R120 on airtime calling you guys waiting for a manager!! Delivery took 3 hours of a order. My delivery fee hasn't been refunded. Inconvenience of having to call and *********** staff!! You give 24-48hour turn around time for call backs yet you don't fulfill this. This happened on the 11th December and today is the 16th December. I want full reimbur*****t of everything for the inconvenience I have been experiencing and me having to call you guys.
