service is terrible

This may sound crazy by Checkers has no cold ice teas that is just insane i was hot and wanted one so badly just to find out that everything is on the rack and nothing in the fridge i don't want something hot to drink on a hot day, I was assisted by the nicest employee by the name Johnny he helped me alot, when he took me to the branch manager and she said that they are no allowed to put it in the fridge as per head office which is just crazy cause cold drinks needs to be cold hallo have you seen the heat that we have i wanted an ice tea so bad but just left, the money market's service is just as bad we collect money once a month and everytime they tell us they have no money after a fight then all of the sudden have money i am so sick of fighting with them, they told us to call before we collect money they said no problem and when I got there oh no sorry we don't have money every freakin time.
