Service is hurful
Bought items 2 weeks back and i was told i need to collect the items at the Centurion warehouse which is far then i cancelled the order. I was then promised my refund would reflect in my account after 7 working days and i understood. Last week i complained since it was not reflecting and someone called me indicating that it would reflect during the weekend or today which is the Monday at 10:00 am which was late but i understood. After 2 weeks i still do not have my refund and i have needs and want to utilize the amount, so disappointed in your service and i will never trust you again as a customer.

07 Jul 2020, 07:00I will never associate myself with Checkers anymore or any of your affiliate companies, to think i was about to buy furniture from House and Home indeed it was going to be a big mistake. 2 weeks and days going to 3 weeks without my refund. Please let your people to stop calling me telling me about your specials, no longer interested in your brand.
