Service from Checkers Sixty60 extremely poor!!!

The Checkers Sixty60 system started well but is really falling flat. Their shoppers do not provide the items selected, items shown as available when selected. I ordered specific items on three consecutive orders and EVERY TIME the items all of a sudden were out of stock. Yet, just the following day, going to the store, many of those items were available on the shelves. Even when I discussed it with them, they gave me an extremely lame excuse why they did not provide a decent service
