**** service from cashiers at checkers

I have had such a terrible experience today, where cashiers were using our time as customers to pay and they were busy paying for their items and also paying for their friends as well while we wait to be serviced, the supervisor came to change the cashiers without a word to us as customers while we are waiting in the queue, there was one cashier who wanted to pay, then two more cashiers just came from nowhere to pay also and when I told the cashier that what they are doing is wrong, she said to me "but their shift is over so that's why they are paying" I mean, what about us customers who are waiting in the queue? They didn't even ask if we could let them pay or what, aren't we in a hurry to go home? Are we there to visit friend in the store? Not even the decency to apologies, they had the nerve to talk back, they could have used. The kiosk to pay but no, not them, if they don't want to wok anymore they want to be customers as well, they might as well resign and open vacancies for people who want to work, their attitude is filthy, even the supervisor was wrong to just let them all be in one till to pay while there are customers behind them, you can check the cameras if this is unbelievable, time:17:04 cashier:Mohlahlana Mokgadi, this is just not acceptable and if I went to the staff till and interrupted I would get it, but no, please sort this OUT ASAP
