service delivery sucks, order extremely late

I placed and order at about 11 for delivery between 13h00 and 14h00 on the app. i was then told delivery at 13:53, which changed to 14;35 , then to 15;37 and then 15h39. don't actually no what time I'm getting my order, this is ridiculous! then you call the helpline and even though the person was nice , the response is that should you want to cancel your order we can and like you guys are doing us a favor. This is a service that we are paying for and if it was late an hour due to alot of orders i could understand but 2 hours or more is ridiculous. if you have 2 little drivers then you shouldn't add so many slots on app
