********** service checkers sea point or point mall

Just had a horrible experience at CHECKERS SEA POINT (POINT MALL) went to go get something there at the bakery...got to the bakery side and I found one gentle being served by a lady and a group of guys standing just next to the gentleman being served as well and I assumed the line is there which I went and stood behind them. So the lady that was serving them which her name is Tammy was already passed and stuff and how she was talking at me not directly to me was very rude, if those guys were not standing at the correct spot or line as it was just them and one gentle who was being served already she could have just said to me and them that even if one customer is being served and there is another helper available one still needs to stand behind that person until they are called not to be rude like that and speak in Afrikaans as though this in not the 21st century where pretty every other person understands Afrikaans. The service was very disappointing and utterly aggravating because not everyone has the ability to just let things be and move on with life. She needs to do better. That whole rant was uncalled for, but for her fellow staff to just laugh as though what she was doing was funny was just crazy to me.
