Service at Checkers Hyper Mayville Mall

Went to checkers mayville mall to buy a few goods. The shop was revamped a short while ago and more pay points were installed. Not all the pay points were manned today. There was a long que and the cashiers were slow to help. After the cashier tal**** all the items i presented my bank card to pay for the items. My card was inserted a few bank card machine a few times. The payment didnt go through. The manager was called and i had to pay at the kiosk. The cashier at the kiosk was very slow. Other customers were also waiting to pay. It took a while before i was helped. At Spar Queens Corner they have bank card machines which are spare to be used in such cases. Why have so many till points without cashiers? Certainly this could help for many customers. Service at till points is slow and totally unacceptable.
