Service and Quality going down

Whats happend 2 Checkers, Norkem Mall? We've shoppd there for ovr 20yrs. This past yr its gone dwn quickly. Many times my family has come away empty-handed and disappointed, and shop at pnp instead. We loved the specials at Christmas, there wud b a great selection of xmas produce frm other countries like the Brazil Nut Toffee frm UK. Nw theres nothing! We used to buy huge turkeys but this yr the turkeys are the size of chickens! There seems to b a new team wrk'g there with a v young boy manager but he's useless! He doesnt seem to hav a clue hw to run Checkers or his team. What was wrong with the manager that used to b there and was v efficient? We took pride in our local Checkers as it was a great place to shop but nw its jst a waste of time. Also evry night an hr before closing time all the tills except for 3 of them, finish their wrk and leave us with the slowest of the slow and theres these v long queues of customers waiting, while at the back many wrkers are jst standing with their arms folded and chatting to each othr. This was unheard of at this Checkers at one stage. PLS bring the old manager back or ppl who are more mature, not a young boy that seems to hav jst left school
