<p>we went to the Fleurdal mall the past weekend, my wife noticed a toolbox with tools and a pricetag for R199 next to it. She went to ask at the customer care if the price is correct and one the supervisers came with her to the shelve, she told us that if the price is there then its the price, we made her aware that on the bottom shelve is the same toolbox for R1399, only then she called for a manager. No manager was available. A security person of Senforce accompanied by a lady then came and said that he will not allow us to take the toolbox. this was however not the first time we experienced this at the same store. it seems that the shelve packers can pack anything just where they want and dont see the need to check the price labels. i have complaint several times about this to the managers. </p>
