**** service!

I tried Calling Checkers Mall of the North to ask if they had stock of a certain product. The person who answered could hardly speak properly so I asked to be put through to a manager. I was put on hold for so long I eventually hung up. I called again. Same thing happened. Then I called again and the lady said she would give me the managers cell number. I tried calling it a half dozen times.... No answer. I left a couple of messages but never heard from him. His name is Jacob. Checkers, what a poor show of customer service! Maybe you should be reminded that you offer NOTHING unique when it comes to products and that there are a number of alternatives out there....

So... Goodbye Checkers!
