Sending wrong products

I ordered a gift on Checkers Sixty60 as the person lives far from me and I wasn't able to visit for her birthday, I ordered a gift set, flowers and a teddy, I was so scared they would say the teddy and the flowers was out of stock(as they do that alot) and I added a backup product for both the flowers and the teddy. As they always do I got a notification that the teddy I wanted was out of stock and that they send my second option. I was refunded the difference, but when it got to her, it was a random dog teddy (not one of my options) and the wrong flowers. I specifically ordered sunflowers and they sent some other flowers. I really don't understand how they can just send anything they want. It's ridiculous. It was my first time using checkers sixty60 myself and I'm so disappointed.
