Selling mouldy food!

A few months ago I bought County Fair nuggets and steaklets from Checkers Metlife Plaza, Port Elizabeth on more than one occasion and each time they were off. They had a black ring around the inside of the batter and smelled bad. I complained to County Fair and they were excellent about resolving it. The other day I bought Rainbow Chicken bites and made them tonight. Same thing. Smelled bad and had that same mouldy inside. And all these products were within their sell by date. This is clearly a problem with the checkers as it was brought to my attention that when there loadshedding, the freezers do not work(no generators), allowing the products to thaw and then refreeze when the power goes back on. This is unacceptable!!!! I await your response.
