Self made rules and blatant ************** using corona as an excuse

2020-04-08, my girlfriends mother and sister go to checkers flamingo center, her mother entered and then as her sister wanted to grab a trolley and follow she was denied entrance, upon telling the guard that they were family, she was again denied, and there were not 50 people in the shop as per governed agreement, after some time the sister was allowed to enter, only because the guard had better things to do, she proceeded to find her mom to confirm what groceries need to be bought, they were warned and told that they are breaking the "shop" rules, and need to be separated... this all while other couples are holding hands and walking about without masks or even gloves... but one family gets singled out... later at the till they were told that they had broken the "shop" rules and will not be assisted at the tills, they were told to leave the trolley and were then escorted out of the shop by the same guard... they then went to another checkers, where they were helped without any issue nor any sort of **************... upon telling the manager of the flamingo center branch he could not be phased nor bothered.

I don't find this legal, nor called for in any way, if a formal apology from Checkers is not given, and compensation for this ************** and appalling disregard for people is not given, I will take this matter further via all social channels and if needed even with Carte Blanche, I assume I can expect this as soon as possible.
