Scottburgh checkers! No customer service

Absolutely disgusted by checkers Scottburgh. There were 2 bins with teddies marked 99.99 and 45.99 signs. My 3 year old wanted a flamingo teddy in the 45.99 bin, so off we went and got to the till. No barcode. The cashier sent someone to look, came back with the 45.99 sign but the manager on duty spoke to them and said no, go to the warehouse at the back to get the code. I had to leave as we were already waiting 20mjnutes by this time. She was in absolute tears , her sister got her toys as we paid for them while waiting. No communication, no F's given. This is not the first time I've experienced this type of customer service with Scottburgh checkers
