Scan to pay

I paid using my phone as the transaction was processing the cashier canceled from her side my money went off the account. They carried the notation that am not the first customer to have this problem. That means a lot customers have their transactions canceled while paying. Then they said Capitec was offline which was a lie. They refused to look at footage proving what really happened. They very rude managers took their own time. It didn't matter that I live an our away from the store. I understand technical problems but this was the cashier's fault. Still haven't gotten my money or my goods. I had to call home for someone to send me money to be able to make a purchase. Checkers Kylami
