POOR SERVICE

I had fallen ill and ordered from your Checkers 60 app. I was told that above the total amount, I will be charged 15% extra and once paid and delivered, my bank will reverse the extra 15%. LIES!!! It has been MONTHS and I have not gotten my money back that you stole. Checkers, open your wallet and give me my money back! I have complained on Facebook and Twitter with no response whatsoever! If this is not seen to, I will take this further.
