Saveways Checkers treat customers like dirt

Not for the first time the queues at this awful shop stretched way past the frozen chicken isle! Not surprising because there were only FOUR tellers working AND it was the first of the month. One till was open 'for staff only' with FOUR staff members working it. One operating the till and three propping up the counter whilst the actual customers waited and waited and waited to be served. I asked to see a manager and was ignored. I asked again and the lady walked towards the office killing herself laughing. No one appeared. I asked again. And again!! Eventually the Admin Manager arrived and tried to tell me some **** and bull story about tills that had frozen. All of them? No, but..... Still no sign of the manager so eventually, half an hour later, made it through the till, and went to THE GLASS FRONTED OFFICE, from which the long queues were clearly visible, and addressed to the THREE Checkers employers standing around there oblivious the costomers. And so it was that THE MANAGER finally found me. The store has a complete disregard for its customers - the staff speak on the top of their voices, block isles with stock trolleys and socialize constantly. You are all a disgrace!!!
