Furthermore I applaud your empathetic nature and sensitivity to the current business environment being burdened with the covid 19 pandemic and your decision to avoid me making a return trip to the store concerned and thus demonstrating care for my safety and well being.You were accountable for the alleged error and did not engage in a manner deemed to be maximising profit at the customer's expense and detriment.You provided a reasonable remedy in my favour and your action is aligned within the spirit and the law as provided in the Consumer Protection Act.
