santa ******* and checkers staff are the elves

Hi..this starts 24/12/2015 I've taken my 3yr old to gateway with her grandparents to see Santa and get a pic..and understand how u look forward to ur first Santa pic.well we find this guy mannie and Santa in checkers he takes out the pic and says its R100 for the A4 size and a lucky dip also..so did not mind it.takes it out and says that the printer is not working takes my details and said he will contact me.that was it.no contact up to now two months later.when I phone checkers on a number of occasions they say they will follow it up..but the staff at checkers always never get back.now my point of concern is the fact that the store does not have traceable reference to this guy so can checkers get anyone of the street put them there and allow them to rob people..and when you ask the store manager this question they act like we are wrong and not that guy.it seems I'm complaining for the R100..which doesn't mean anything to the principles and memories.
