Safety hazard & unprofessional conduct at customer service

I had to return an appliance to customer services. Their desk was surrounded constantly by a group of staff talking away or buying things for themselves - even when they see me waiting on them with the appliance under my arms. No social distancing app**** and the one person's mask was not even over her mouth. They had no regard for my safety. When a customer service person tried to help me, I was forced to be very close to the other staff and to not apply social distancing. I could barely hear the person trying to talk to me over the loud voices of the others socializing centimeters from me.
