Safety boots required when shopping at Checkers Flora Centre. Be warned!

While shopping at Checkers Flora Centre yesterday I learnt the value of customer care. The shopping trolleys have been made in such a way that a sharp threaded bolt protrudes about 3 cm out towards the foot area in the middle of the trolley. While going about my shopping in peace, and wearing sandals, I hit my small toe against this bolt and ripped open my entire top of toe and lifted my nail off. Apparently this is the level of care given to customers. With blood running into my sandal I proceeded to the checkout and went home to disinfect this damage. I wasn't aware I needed steel-tipped safety boots when shopping at Checkers. Now I know.
