Sadded and most painful service from a teller...

When I got to the teller , she pushed the cooked chicken to the side, and was busy with some juice busy scanning them and when I asked her what the problem is cause I didn't buy juice she said it didn't have a price, I then asked but why don't you tell me what to do, she said get a price. I then went to the food again and got a chicken with a price tag, and ask her to scan and give me the one without a price cause its fresher. she said they don't have a weighing scale and I must go back and ask them to scan for me, looking at the queue , I decide let me take the one that is not so fresh and just move on. I give her the gift card and say please use the balance and I will pay the shortfall, she swipes and says its declining and I say but I have like R39.00 on the card she says how is she supposed to know how much is on the card? and I say but lady how am I suppose to know if you not telling me all this, I don't work here so you need to tell me what you want so I can participate. I speak to the other teller an say 'I should have come there I can see this lady has a problem, she pushes my bread an chicken to the side and say I can cancel this an go to the other teller, I then get angry and ask for the manager... She stand up with so much anger and attitude and calls the manager by the name of Kishandra and says 'Come Kishandra come, and says I'm not scared of the manager and starts saying a lot of things I didn't understand..

This was the most painful experience I have ever got from anyone, I do not understand if this teller did not attend training or what? for the fact that I asked for plastic bag and she said give me 50cents for the plastic it was just on another level. this teller doesn't how TCF. She was very rude and I could see that the manager is indeed scared of her , she is one of those that says my way or no other!!!!!!
