Rylands branch bakery sucks

Your Rylands branch bakery department's service is terrible to say the least. Staff always standing around chatting while customers are waiting to be served. Even the supervisor or manager who's face is on display at the bakery, Hermedine is even guilty of this. She herself has ignored customers countless times without even greeting or acknowledging them. Not even asking staff to assist. You often stand there for ages before someone assists and it's like they're doing you a favour. Definitely need better management at that bakery, it's letting the store down
