Rye bread not cut

Checkers delivery previously used to slice my rye bread until 2 weeks ago( previouslysliced it every week. The call centre Advised they will not slice the bread as this is what the picture sells. Truly defeated as this defeats the point of delivery as I physically have to do it in person.
