Rushed through shopping trip

On Sun 6 Mar we went to do grocery shopping. According to website the store closes at 5pm. We were there at 3pm. At around 3h30 the store was getting empty and employees started walking among the isles to check where customers were. A lady staff member gestured me to the till,saying that they are closing soon. In the meanwhile my husband took our 2yr old toddler to toilets quick. Upon their return they were stopped at the front door by security whom refused them entry back into the store. My daughter was crying and screaming for me but that did not bother the guard. I went to the till to pay and was not even greeted properly. Before even starting to unload goods from trolley the attendant asked whether I'm paying cash or card. I asked her how do I go about redeeming my coupons/scanning QR codes,she looked very reluctant to help,so I told her to leave it and just scan my stuff,as I wanted to get to my daughter outside. When walking away in direction of exit I was stopped by the staff and told to walk back to other exit and go around to exit the mall. I spend a lot of money at checkers every month and this is the service? You get chased out long before closing!
