Ruined groceries

Im super disappointed i got with a bag of groceries wet and sticky because of how my groceries was packed horribly ice cream was open leaked all over ruined my pasta the packet popped open because the it was packed ice cream out of the tube everything was ruined i come all the way from strandfontein to shop @ that checkers all the time because of the service today it was horrible
