Rudest customer service!!

<p>My mum and I went to checkers today to shop. We also wanted to withdraw cash. The till we paid at had no cash so we were shown to another one. The lady there was extremely rude and unhelpful. Before the machine could say remove card she pulled it out and it was declined. We received an SMS to say it went through on our account. She was so rude and the lady she called was even more unpleasant. They tried to blame us and say we did not have funds. I have done this hundreds of time at Pick N Pay and this has never happened. She refused to say sorry or admit she made a mistake. The manager did not make her apologise and made us seem like it was our problem. Our card has a limit and unfortunately we cannot use it again today and we received no cash. We still have not gotten a reversal SMS from the bank. I will never be shopping from checkers again. I rather pay a little extra and receive some respect as a customer at another shop!!! </p>
