Rudeness of Employees at Checkers Mall of Africa

Hi I am a regular shopper at the Checkers Hyper in Mall of Africa. Unfortunately yesterday the service I received from Itumeleng Manthata cashier at the money market . She left me and other customers unattended. I had to leave the Que to go find out what was going on she jus left her post without informing us the customers waiting in the Que.

After she returned to her post I asked her why is she not assisting us and there was a group of other cashier's chatting in a group not even paying attention to customers.

She then started shouting and telling me since I'm in a hurry she will assist me,with so much attitude and rudeness. The embassment she caused me is uncalled for. She repeated shouted and told me I should leave the Que if I don't want to get help. Another customer had to step in and tell her this is not the way to treat customers.

I'm Very Very disappointed in her behavior. And something should be done about this. I shop at Checkers Mall of Africa often and now I have to go elsewhere as the treatment there is appauling .
