Rudeness

I went to checkers Hartswater on the 11th of september 2019 and bought a mini sports blender. Went home and wanted to use it. It didnt work. Within a hour i went back to exchange it and they didnt want to cause it was reduced. They didnt give me a chance to explain what was wrong with it or so. Just kept on saying no. When i bought it no one told me that reduced items can not be returned. I feel that within an hour of taking it back tjey could have exchanged it as i didnt even had the time to use it. I feel my money has been ****** and i have been taken for a ride. I now have an item that doesnt work and they have my money. I am not a millionaire to throw money around. Im very very dissapointed. They really didnt give me chance to tell why i want to exchange. Please can someone assist. I am NOT very happy.
