Rude Unprofessional service

<p>I went on friday the 28th July to Checkers at Mayville mall to do my grocery shopping as I normally do. They had a special on the 1.25L Appletizer,G****tizer and Peartizer range for 2 for R29 which was a really good price however they never had the red g****tizer in stock when I was there.I did buy 6 of the 1.25lts appletizer that day. I spoke to Lourens, the manager who told me that they would get a delivery later that afternoon. I asked him to please keep 6 x 1.25L of red g****tiser for me which I was told I could collect at the front office by the Pancake stall on Saturday.On Saturday I went specifically to the store to get the g****tizer. I bought more appletizer and white g****tiser as well. I then spoke to Lourens to get my red g****tizer. His words were "It is month end-I did not have time" , he knew that it was month end the day he promised to keep the items for me. He was rude and dismissive and did not even appologize. I really feel that if he did not have the time why did he say he would make sure to keep for me,and as a manager he should know how to delegate to his staff. This is very poor customer service on his part and I am disgusted at the way I was treated that day....I just turned around and walked away.I previously had times where I have arranged for items that were out of stock and on special (checkers wingtip) and I went the following day or even a week after where they had organized the items for me. Checkers Mayville mall can seriously learn a lesson from this new store on customer service :O(</p>
