Rude, unprofessional cashiers with attitudes.

This review is meant specifically for the Checkers Hyper located at Helderberg Centre Cnr De Beers Avenue &, Forsyth Rd, Somerset West. Every time we visit this branch, the till staff is rude and unmannered. They treat you with an attitude, roll their eyes at you and then speak to their co-workers about you (clearly noticeable through their body language) but in a language, they think you won't understand. All of this while you try to be as patient as possible because their whole demeanor screams "I don't feel like working!". They work as slow as a sloth with their hands. Not that anyone can actually work at a decent pace when you are wearing false nails that are the length of your entire finger, but ok.

Compared to all the other branches, this branch's cashier staff really needs to have training in customer service as their attitudes are really bad. Once we had a cashier openly complaining in front of everyone how tired she is and said she won't help us if we have another transaction that day as we were purchasing in separate payments because we were doing shopping for the elderly during Covid. I am a very compassionate person, so I don't "go off" on people if they upset me, but that day we told one of the managers. Not that it did any good because the staff is still rude.
