Rude tone

I thought I was gonna let this slide but the fact that I keep thinking about it repeatedly, means I'm still not at peace with it yet.

23 October I went to send money at Checkers. 8 asked Phumudzo at the money market if it was possible to use my Passport instead of an ID book (thinking I had forgotten the ID book at home). Then Phumudzo asked "uysenda kuphi" loosely translated where are you sending it to..... Not underdanding her question I responded "at Checkers".

Yhooo, her response.... With a very rude tone she reiterated "kuuuuphi" as in "WHERE!!!!!!". Only then it clicked what she meant. I did not appreciate her tone at all. She could have nicely explained what she was trying to say instead of using that tone. Her other colleague even looked at her than looked at me and she saw how dissapointed/ broken I was.

I thought I wasn't going to write this review but I knew I had to when I recently went back to Northgate Checkers again and the sight of the money market triggered that thought again.

Please can your employees be respectful when talking to other people. Thanks.
