Rude Till Supervisor

I wanted to withdraw money from the till, I started at the cigarette counter, the cashier told me that she did not have enough money I wanted so she referred me to the other tills. Went to other till the cashier told me she was offline. She then asked her colleagues in front and behind her who said that they did not have enough money. I asked for the Supervisor, they showed me the lady. I went to her asked her to help me withdraw money as I did not want to go to all the tills in store.<br> <br> She told me to go to any till, I explained what had happened. but she insisted I go back to the cigarette counter and that cashier will call her, the Supervisor then walked away after which the cashier was complaining why she was walking away. <br> <br> I felt like the Supervisor was very rude and disrespected me because she was unwilling to help, I actually felt like she judged me and decided I did not deserve a good customer service.<br> <br> I raised the issue with Admin Manager by the name of Rovoida Sandy, she went to talk to the Supervisor but no one even came to me to apologize, maybe I did not deserve the apology but it is ok.<br> <br>
