Rude teller

Tbis is the encounter i had with your staff at Checkers Langehovenpark Bloemfontein. I had been waiting patiently in line for close to 5mins whilst your staff was trying to find the price tag for a mug that a customer infront of me was trying to purchase, the lady who was tilling then informed me about what was going on and asked me to be patient, after 3 mins or so I decided that I'll repack the items I had into the trolley and go to the next till because I had been waiting for so long, as I was doing so, the person who packing the food into the plastics (Mpho Nkwane) rudely said in Sesotho "yes let them go" (ha ba tsamaye). I am confused as to why your staff would treat a customer like that or was the rudeness was being masked as ****phobia because at the time I was with my partner (we are *******s), so does that mean your support ****phobic staff against your customers? I hope you can help resolve this matter as I am a loyal Checkers customer and I'd hate for me to stop using your services because of ****phobia or plan rudeness from your staff
