Rude teller

Good day. I was standing in the line to pay for my goods. however this was at the express till. it was the 24/12/2015 the lady at the counter could see that the lines were long and that we had less then 10 items. she cashes up the persons good before me, then she puts a closed sign next to her till and says shes closed. however she was not closed she kept herself closed to wait for her friends who pushed in the line to pay for things. we all had to wait. this is not called for as they staff should be professional and serve whoever is next. the lines were full and people were in a hurry as it was Christmas eve. the tellers should be told and they should also stop being so rude and speaking in their language about the customers like we don't understand. please do something about some of the staff you hire.
