rude staff member at deli department by the name of shantelle

i went to checkers sunward lifestyle centre to buy a cheese and tomato sandwich and the lady working there shantelle was bluntly rude to me she **** and said the toaster was broken i went to the manager to confirm if it is true the manager was unaware of that i am an elderly lady shantelle told me i am selfish and silly for reporting her to the manager the manager told me to go back and order again i will never buy prepared food from checkers sunward park again!!!!!!
