Rude staff member-

I was at checker’s Gezina Galleries’ in Pretoria today (13/12/2019) at around 6pm, very disappointed the reception I received was disgusting!!.. After my purchase I realised after seeing on the leaflet that I missed a special on the 2 litre coke, so I called the manger and asked if it possible that I refund the drinks that had already purchased and replace it with the coke special. he says its fine and sends me to this lady (Sarah as I saw on her badge), a minute after the manger walks away this lady starts screaming t me asking what do I want cause I just made a purchase she is speaking in a language I don’t even understand I just look at her cause I was in shock ... so I tell her that I just asked to replace something that I purchased with the special as there was no signs on the fridges of this I only noticed of it after I’m done paying for my things, she constantly tells me tells me that I’m a nuisance in front of her staff and other customers. in shock I walk away to watch my son, she returns and tells me I will have to wait co she is busy with something, at this stage I start being very upset coz she has ridiculed me in public I keep asking myself what did I do to this lady that she feels she can speak to me like this yet I have never said anything to her. anyway so we continue with the sale and I get the coke and she dose that refund I ask for cash back from her and ask that she gives me 10's, she looks at me blackly and start shouting 'this i not your money, you are such a nuisance' she did not give me 10's as I asked and she had many on her hand by the way. I walked away, I even told her that I am noting her name it’s not over and she laughed. I am so so angry at this I have no words to explain, I use that checkers on a monthly if not weekly basis the service here in my head has been contaminated .
