Rude staff

What kind of customer service do you give at checkers springs mall. Yesterday I went there and decided to buy food. There was an older lady, light in complexion ,mid forties I think with no name tag so I couldn't get her name who was so rude simply because I asked if they dont make lasagne here, I further irritated her by asking how much is a full meal she rudely bit my head off saying they dont have bigger containers for meal as if i knew that , i then decided to buy one by one and the worst thing happened...as she was handing out the food one container fell on the floor she shouted at me to be careful and handed me the container without an apology, never mind wiping it for hygiene purposes she just assumed I should eat food that fell to the floor, I left them and went home hungry rather than eating unhygienic food
