Rude staff

I was shopping at Checkers Windermere when a staff member doing 60 60 blocked my way and walked away when I moved the trolley back a staff member packing vegetables pulled it back and he swore at me, when I turned to challenge him he ran away and hid in the bakery, I then got the manager and told him what happened he then said he will look at camera footage and deal with it( how can we believe you?). Also the staff doing the 60 60 orders are rude and do not care about us normal everyday shoppers they run around pushing the way along the isle it is almost like checkers no longer care about us daily shoppers only about getting the 60 60 orders out.
